The account site is where you sign in, approve agents, choose a plan and pay. You publish, update and delete links through your agent.
Sign in
There is no password. Just Share emails you a sign-in link and a six-digit code, and either one works for 15 minutes. The first sign-in with a new email address creates your account.
- On the sign-in page, enter your email and select Continue with email.
- Open the link in the email, or type the six-digit code on the page.
- If nothing arrives, check your spam folder. Select Send a new code once the page lets you, and use the newest code. Only the newest one works.
- If you typed the wrong address, select Use a different email and start again.
If you’re signed in with someone else’s email, sign out from the bar at the top of the page and sign in with your own. The bar shows the signed-in email on every screen size.
When an agent sent you here to connect, sign-in continues that connection. If the page says the connection request has expired or can’t be checked, go back to your agent and start connecting again. See Agents.
Agents
The Agents page lists the agents you allowed, with what each one can do. If an agent you allowed isn’t there, select Check again.
Disconnect all agents removes access for every agent at once. You can’t disconnect one agent on its own. Your links stay up, and to share again you connect your agent again from its app. See Agents for how connecting works.

MB and GB are decimal: 1 MB is 1,000,000 bytes. Paid is billed monthly; there is no annual plan. Your agent sets each link’s expiry and history. See Share, update and delete for how they work, and what happens when Paid ends for the move back to Free.
Choose and pay
To choose Paid, open the Plan and billing page. Your agent can send you there, but it can’t buy anything for you. You enter payment details on the payment provider’s checkout page, not in your agent.
Paid is $9 USD a month and renews every month until you cancel it. The page shows whether Paid is available. If it isn’t, the page says so instead of offering a purchase button.
If you have a billing account and can manage it, select Manage billing on the same page. It opens the payment provider’s billing portal.

Email [email protected] about your account, a sign-in problem or a charge. Send it from the email you sign in with, and say what went wrong and roughly when. Never send a sign-in code, a password or card details.
